2. What can I use the loan for?
Although the loan can be used to pay for almost any type of dental work, it is particularly suited to the more costly types of treatment such as bridgework, multiple crowns or veneers and implants. However, if you are not sure whether it's right for your treatment then please ask your dentist or any member of the office staff.
You will be able to borrow as much as you need to pay for your treatment. This will be subject to a quick "on-the-spot" credit check. Most patients' applications are approved there and then, so you can go ahead and schedule your treatment immediately.
Much like any other loan, you repay it in affordable monthly payments over an agreed period of time. These payments are collected by Direct Debit.
You pay the cost of your treatment - no more and no less. Interest-free means just that.
6. What are the repayment terms?
Your dentist or a member of the office staff will be able to go through the various terms with you, but you should choose a period and monthly amount which suits your financial circumstances and does not put them under any undue strain.
Once you've agreed on a course of treatment and its cost with your dentist, a member of the office staff will make the credit application on your behalf. As soon as the credit check is completed and the loan processed, you'll receive a written confirmation from the credit provider. It's really quite simple.
8. Does my application cover my family as well?
No - each eligible member of your family will have to make their own credit application. You can, of course, make an application in your own name if the treatment is for one of your children.
