Our education centre
Carl Godfrey & Associates have been running training courses for dentists, practice managers, therapists/hygienists, nurses and receptions since 1999.
We now have a new education facility and tutors based at our practice in Retford. Our NEBDN accredited courses for National Certificate and Oral Health Education students have been enhanced through access to new clinical facilities.
The Practice Success programme has been designed to be broad-ranging; appealing to all who work in General Dental Practice – dentists, managers, therapists/hygienists, DCPs, receptionists.
Dentists and managers have the opportunity to develop the essential knowledge, skills and competence required to administer and deliver effective practice policies and procedures. Further, it will help them achieve excellence in staff performance through taking a planned approach to developing all clinical and non-clinical staff in line with operational needs, thus improving overall practice performance in the delivery of services.
And, for the first time, DCPs have direct, local access to verifiable training which they can use to help achieve their mandatory continuing professional development (CPD).
